Background
TILA Strategic previously as Temerity Strategic Consulting was founded in 2005 and initially focusing on providing strategic issues services of complex debt restructuring, merger and acquisition and asset disposal. Recently we have assisted our clients into more strategic corporate issues such as strategic growth plan, forensic audit and strategic tax advisory for new investment and business expansion. In 2013, in order to respond the need from our foreign clients, we provide strategic financial services of accounting and financial services to help the new foreign investment in the early phase of infrastructure of the new foreign company before its full operation.

1. FORENSIC AUDIT

We will produce financial reports of balance sheet, income statement an cash flow statement monthly, quaterly and annually. Our service fee depends on type of industry, number of employees and turnover.
b. Payroll Services
We will help clients maintain documents and process daily and monthly payroll services including determining employee income tax, payment administration to government tax agency, salary receipt and other related service. Our service fee depends on type of industry, number of employee, type of employee contract (daily, monthly or others) and turnover.
c. Compilation & Financial Audit Preparation
We will help clients to prepare all financial documents, paper works and other related documents for the purpose of financial audit (public or external) preparation. We provide consultation and advice to our clients to identify issues and develop and implement appropriate corrective action prior to our clients audit review. Our service fee depends on type of industry, number of employee and turnover
d. Budget, Financial Review & Financial Projection
We will help clients to review previous budget and actual expenses and corporate planning to arrive at more accurate and realistic financial projection. We will also provide consultation and advice on key issues in the corporate planning which determine the company financial projection including risk in general.
